On February 26, 2009  in the frame of 2-nd International  exhibitions «Composite-Expo» Union of Glass Fiber Manufactures is hold the conference "Modern State and Prospects of Development of Production and Using of Composite Materials in Russia".

Producing and application of composite materials are very important for technological development of different industrial sectors because of composite material is multifunctional material that can be used almost in any areas of activity. Besides in conditions of global slump application of innovative, effective, competitive at price, quality and working life duration materials become most actual.

One of the main problems of application of composite material in Russia is absence of active dialogue between producers and consumers of modern materials. Therefore holding of the conference the main objects of that are popularization applications of composite material in different industrial sectors and definition of main direction of development of Russian market of composite materials we consider very topical.

The target audiences of the conference are experts of enterprises working in the fields of producing, application of composite materials, specialists of scientific institutes, independent experts.

The main sections of the conference are the following:

-       Application of composite materials (in car and tractor construction, aircraft engineering, shipbuilding, railway vehicles, transport infrastructure, building construction, sport and leisure market and etc).
