International workshop conference “Application of composite materials in civil and military aircraft industry”
The Russian Union of Composite Manufactures together with the Exhibitional company Mir-Expo in the frame of the IX International Air-Space Salon “MAKS-2009” are hold on the August 21, 2009 in Zhukovski, Moscow region, Russia the workshop conference “Application of composite materials in civil and military aircraft industry”.
Competitive power of the Russian aviation industry, especially under the condition of economic crisis, depends on implementation of innovative materials, competitive on price, quality and life duration. Airplanes components made of composite materials are notable for high strength, lightness, thermostability, performance ability by high humidity, ability to adsorb radio emission and etc. However the main problem of extensive application of composite materials in Russia is absence of competent and open dialog between producers and customers of modern materials.
In the frame of the conference the newest developments of composite industry for aviation industry will be presented.
